2. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are subject to a consultation and clinical assessment to determine suitability.
Results vary from person to person. No guarantees are offered or implied regarding treatment results.
You must be honest with your medical history and medications to our practitioners.

3. Eligibility

To book a treatment, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Disclose any medical conditions or medications during your consultation.

4. Consultation and Treatment

A pre-treatment consultation is mandatory for all new clients.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
Treatment recommendations will be based on clinical judgment and best practices.

5. Bookings & Payments

Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Multiple missed appointments may lead to refusal of future bookings.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
Refunds for products may be provided in accordance with consumer laws and only if the product is unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
No-Show or Late Cancellation:
Missing your appointment without notice or canceling within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure the highest standards of care, all treatments carry risks.
The clinic and its practitioners are not liable for adverse reactions or complications unless caused by negligence.
By proceeding with treatment, clients accept these risks.
