Terms & Conditions

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At London Aesthetics Clinic and Academy, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please read our booking and cancellation terms below.

BOOKINGS 

  • All appointments must be booked through Fresha.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Refunds

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
