Booking & Cancellation Policy
At London Aesthetics Clinic and Academy, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please read our booking and cancellation terms below.
BOOKINGS

All appointments must be booked through Fresha.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.
Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Refunds

Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
